I am a 'seasoned' Realtor, with over 27 years experience working with both buyers and seller, both young and older. I have worked in markets that have favoured the Seller and those that favoured the Buyer. I have worked in markets when we have days to make a decsion and other markets where decisions have to be made in the moment.
On a personal level, I have experienced mortgage interest rates in the double digits, bought a house in a peak market and sold in a depressed market. Even tried selling a home privately. I entered the industry when cell phones were just becoming a part of our lives and in a time when all offers were presented in person.
I have evolved with techonogy and am pleased to have my Buyers and Sellers benefit from the must have services the internet has allowed us to offer. Nothing replaces personal visits and phone calls and that is especially important to me when working with Senior home owners.
