I think my strength, today, when families are looking for a Realtor to help them with a purchase or a sale of a property is  a combination of my level of care and my experience.  I am  a 'seasoned'  Realtor, with over 27 years experience working with both buyers and seller, both young and older. I have worked in markets that have favoured the Seller and those that favoured the Buyer. I have worked in markets when we have days to make a decsion and other markets where decisions have to be made in the moment. 

On a personal level, I have experienced mortgage interest rates in the double digits, bought a house in a peak market and sold in a depressed market. Even tried selling a home privately. I entered the industry when cell phones were just becoming a part of our lives and in a time when all offers were presented in person.

I have evolved with techonogy and am pleased to have my Buyers and Sellers benefit from the must have services the internet has allowed us to offer. Nothing replaces personal visits and phone calls and that is especially important to me when working with Senior home owners.

I love what I do. My goal is to help families make very informed decisions about their housing needs.

I help home sellers analyze the real estate market, evaluate their options and if they decide to move forward, present their property in the very best condition to the buying public.

I help home buyers make informed decisions about what type of property they would like to own and help them understand the home buying process, help them find their dream home, and then negotiate the best deal for them.

I have had the pleasure of working with first time home buyers, move up sellers and buyers and  Senior home owners and sometimes their families.  

I am a "Boomer", so I truly bring my life lessons and Real Estate experience to the aid of all my clients!

There is much focus today on the growing needs of our seniors, which lead me to obtain the Senior Real Estate Specialist and Pivotal Accredited Senior Agent designations.

Our older homeowners are unique. Many have not sold a home in years.  I really care about the welfare of our Seniors and have the resources and a network of experts who work with me to ensure that this transition will be a positive experience for them and their families. Executors of an Estate selling property  rely on my expertise in dealing with Probate, ensuring a successful sale that will meet with approval of beneficiaries.

I have lived in York Region for 34 years, raised my family and supported my community through various sponsorships, including many organized sports teams. I continue to support for Alzheimer Society of York Region, and many events at  the Newmarket Seniors Meeting Place. 

Ultimately, the clients I have are my focus and their needs are always a priority.
